Today in class Mr.Dennis the science teacher,we were making a volcano. first we got a little tube and put it in the middle of a cardboard. Then we crumpled up newspaper and sticked it on the cardboard. After that i put tape all around it. Tomorrow we are going to put plaster around the volcano and paint it with water colors. I cant wait to make it tomorrow to school to build it. The boring part is that we have to make a banner that contains information about the volcano we choose.

On Saturday I went to the movies with mom and my friends and then I went shopping with mom and then went home to watch the news and cartoons.
Yesterday I made a poster about how the Giants won the Super Bowl. I cut pictures from the game out of the newspaper, and I hung them up on the board.
@paulallison testing to see if there’s a was that this site will tell Paul that he has a direct message - I have a feeling not but we’ll see. As far as safety, any community is only as safe as the community makes it. Yes, we, the teachers can moderate and we might have students who specifically act as moderators to point out interesting activity to our classes (weekly reader news) BUT any community takes care of itself if it has any value at all. Our job is to nurture a community that the students will care about and take pride in. The greatest communities are good communities because of the people who use them. Funny thing, it’s the same way in life.
